I've known him as both a teammate and roommate, and I can honestly say he's one of the toughest and most genuine people I know. After overcoming multiple knee surgeries and an Achilles injury, he never stopped leading by example or pushing those around him to be better. He holds people accountable because he truly wants the best for them. If you want a coach who will build confidence, character, and a strong work ethic, not just basketball skills, he's someone I'd trust with any athlete.

I've known Sean for almost 10 years as a teammate and a brother. He's a fierce competitor, a natural leader, and one of the hardest workers I know. Sean has faced constant adversity, challenges that would break most people, but I've watched him push through without complaint, break down doors, and excel with whatever cards he's been dealt. He does all of this while uplifting and inspiring everyone around him. Having lived with Sean, I can say he's one of the mentally toughest individuals I know.

I can't say enough great things about Coach Sean. He brings amazing energy to every practice and always keeps the team motivated. His positive attitude makes training fun while pushing everyone to be their best. I have grown up around coaches my whole life and I can say he really knows what he is talking about and he really knows how to get others better. He's supportive, encouraging, and truly cares about each athlete's success. I've grown so much because of his guidance and dedication. I'm grateful to have such an awesome coach and even just an awesome guy in general in my life and would recommend him to anyone. His passion for coaching and passion for getting others better shows in everything he does, and it makes a real difference. Also, when I say getting others better, I don't mean just basketball, I mean he helps others grow as a person and is a true role model for the youth.

I had Sean as one of my coaches for 2 years, and was one of the best coaches I've had in my career playing basketball. Always pushing me to be better and was a shoulder I could lean on every season. Whether it was working on my handle or getting up shots after every practice Sean was always there for me helping improve my game and a pivotal reason why I had so much success at FPU. With his combination of being able to relate to players and also being a collegiate basketball player himself, he knows exactly what it takes to play at the next level and the training and hard work that goes into achieving that goal.

I had the pleasure of playing under Coach Sean for one year and can confidently say I improved as a player in every aspect of the game thanks to him. In training, he is very intentional and passionate with every drill. During games, he was always someone I looked to for knowledge and constructive criticism. He taught me to focus on the mental side of basketball as well, which helped me in ways I would have never expected. I know that anyone who trains under Coach Sean will make major strides in their game, given the time and effort.
